RBH currently leases an approximately 10,000 square foot building in Long Beach, California, which has a combination of office and manufacturing space. RBH’s production machinery include a Haas VF3 4-axis mill center (acquired in May 2007), a hydraulic press brake machine with 120 ton capacity, a mechanical shear, a heli-arc welding machine, and other machinery and equipment for production of machine detail parts.
All hand-forming, brake-forming, machining and drilling of details, assemblies, and tooling are done in-house. Plating, stretch-forming, and heat treatment of detail processes are currently being out-sourced with approved processing houses. We plan to add stretch forming capability, and expand our capabilities in other areas within the next year.
